These have actually changed our lives! 4 year old hasn’t been asleep before 11pm in 4 years. Up and down all night then grumpy the next day. At my wits end with spending every night battling to get her to bed I purchased these as a last resort. I originally got these for my 3 year old who wakes all night. They get him to sleep quickly and he wakes a little less. I have one to my 6 year old who can takes hours to get to sleep as he’s so chatty and his mind so active at bed time. He’s now asleep within about 5mins max, every night without fail. This has massively improved my own quality of life now I get a few hours to myself in the evening. Amazing! I’ll definitely order again.
